Care covers the small stuff, the kind of update that shouldn't need a project just because it's not glamorous. Every website includes 6 months of it. After that it's $100 a month or $1,000 a year, paid up front, and it never renews on its own.
Fixes and small edits, no extra invoice.
If something we built breaks, we fix it. Small edits, about 3 a month, are done within 2 business days. Both are covered by Care.
Bug & error fixes
Something broken, a form not sending, a page not loading right, fixed at no extra charge, whenever it comes up.
Price updates
Raised your rates or running a promo? We update what's shown on the site to match.
Logo swaps
New logo, refreshed branding, we drop it in across the site.
Link & portal updates
Social media links changed, payment portal moved, we update the links so nothing points somewhere dead.

Nothing complicated. Email or call before a bigger change, we scope it and quote it separately from Care. Unused edits do not carry over to the next month.
